Bio: Erin joined Jersey Community Hospital, JCH, in 2018 as the Director of Population Health. Her role includes implementing new programs that will impact the health and well-being of the community, telehealth implementation and grant writing/management. Since Erin started, JCH has implemented a tele hospitalist and tele infectious disease program. During the early months of COVID19, she assisted in implementing a temporary Outpatient Services telehealth program. Currently, she is leading the implementation of a permanent outpatient services telehealth program. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, and serves on the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Alton.
