Share Your Telehealth Story

As we enter the twelfth month of the Public Health Emergency for COVID-19, we are seeing vaccines roll-out and are hopeful to be able to return to in-person events this summer. In the meantime, we would love for you to share your telehealth story with us so we can highlight your successes, learn from your struggles, and provide additional resources based off of your feedback. We invite you to share your thoughts!  Here are some questions to think about when sharing your story:

  • What made you start exploring the possibility of implementing telehealth at your facility?
  • What is one thing you would tell someone who is starting the first step in their telehealth implementation journey?
  • What three factors made your telehealth journey successful?
  • What do you like/dislike about the telehealth process?

We will soon be reaching out to our partners throughout our 4-state region of IL, IN, MI, and OH. If you have a suggestion for a future topic, or would like us to interview you, please complete the form at the link below.
